At Coyote Logistics, now RXO, I led the product design & research team while overseeing all carrier-facing products, guiding design from research to implementation through data insights, ideation, and reviews.
Product Work
I was responsible for leading the product design team, which supported nine different products and over 500 developers. Along with this, I also oversaw all design work for the carrier products. My role involved shaping the product roadmap for the short and long term, working within the embedded designer model. I collaborated closely with the product owner, lead developers, and junior designers to achieve the best outcomes. To make informed recommendations, I leveraged data and user insights and had a good understanding of how to evaluate success and iterate with new information.

Operator User Flow
A user flow was created for each persona to map their start and endpoints, aiding in the comprehension of user behavior.

Map View
Users on the go prefer to search for loads based on location. Previously, the app only supported a list view.

Load Board
After conducting research and analysis, updates were made to the load board resulting in a 12% increase in bookings within the first month.

Native App Workflow Screens
Users are able to search and select loads faster from the mobile app utilizing the BookIt feature piloted on the web-app.

Find Loads Enhancements
User feedback led to the addition of more filtering options and a modernized appearance for the load rows.

CSAT
Immediate and more accurate feedback can be collected from carrier users in the mobile app by capturing data at specific workflow points.

Load Details Modernization
Load details page was updated with improved map view and simplified data following the load board’s success.

While at Envoy Global, I defined and executed a product vision spanning the internal platform, web portal, and mobile app, delivering a seamless, high-accuracy user experience optimized for efficiency and delight.
Product Work
I led a design team that created exceptional experiences for a three-sided platform catering to legal teams, customers, and foreign nationals. The platform’s features aligned users’ needs and business objectives. We upgraded the platform to support global expansion, launched it in six new countries, and simplified onboarding for three recent acquisitions. Our successful design strategy and execution positioned the immigration application at the forefront of the industry.

The platform is a go-to resource for law firms worldwide to initiate, manage, and successfully conclude immigration cases. It empowers users to select the appropriate case type, input data with precision, and utilize automation to submit forms to governments in over 100 countries.
Customer Workspace
The customer application is designed to help immigration professionals to streamline immigration processes. With this app, the user can input all the necessary information, track case progress, review forms, and access crucial information and requirements. It empowers customers to deliver the best results for their foreign employees.
Foreign National App
Foreign nationals can manage their immigration cases from start to finish, including tracking the status, monitoring expiration dates, receiving updates, and communicating with the relevant teams all from a mobile app.
