CoyoteGO Overhaul
Coyote Logistics
This modernized logistics platform, grounded in user research and agile iteration, redefined the CoyoteGO Carrier App experience, boosting mobile bookings, user satisfaction, and brand alignment.

From heatmaps to high-fives, transforming a clunky carrier app into a sleek, user-loved platform that actually gets the freight moving, and the kudos rolling in.
The CoyoteGO Carrier App’s outdated design and architecture fail to reflect the company’s evolved brand and services, resulting in poor user experience, low conversion rates, and high drop-off.
The ask was to develop a user-centered solution through iterative research, planning, and design, incorporating continuous feedback, rigorous testing, and a well-defined rollout strategy to ensure seamless collaboration and effective implementation.

Research and Insights
I partnered with a UX Researcher to conduct interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, uncovering key pain points in the existing carrier experience.
Using heatmaps and market trend data, we built a strategic foundation that aligned the team on what needed to change and why.
Strategy and Focus
We defined core user personas, highlighting the needs of small fleet operators and non-native English speakers navigating an outdated system.
With a clear six-month roadmap (that flexed into 18), we prioritized redesigning the load board first, ensuring consistency and scalability throughout.
