It starts with aligning on goals, timelines, and user needs, then moves into rapid prototyping and cross-team collaboration. User testing shapes smarter workflows, and I stay hands-on through launch, supporting engineering and marketing to deliver a polished, user-loved product.
EG Mobility
I led the design and launch of Envoy Global’s mobile app, created to help customer’s employees manage their visa applications from anywhere. Partnering closely with product management, I gathered requirements, conducted user interviews, tested key features, and developed a strategic roadmap for launch and ongoing iteration. The app allows users to view case status, upload documents, check messages in the Communication Center, track expiration dates, retrieve I‑94 records directly from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and receive real‑time notifications. Designed to align with the web portal experience, with seamless login and synced information, the mobile version extended essential functionality so users could stay connected to their immigration journey at all times.
CoyoteGo Mobile
The CoyoteGO app sat mostly unchanged for 10 years. I led major updates to improve navigation, accessibility, and overall usability. Partnering with the UX Researcher, we conducted user interviews and usability testing to ensure the experience was truly human-centered and grounded in real user needs. In collaboration with engineering, we migrated the platform to React Native, enabling new functionality and more robust analytics.
The redesign was well received. Downloads grew nearly 20%, and daily bookings through mobile jumped to almost 10%, up from less than 1% the year before. Continued iterations added improvements like better GPS tracking, clearer load visibility, enhanced feedback workflows, and optimized search functionality.
