To assist in recruiting new members for the Michigan Theta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon a theme was established and a recruitment calendar outlining all of the two weeks worth of events. The calendar features the theme of “Purple and Red ‘Till the Day I’m Dead” which could also be seen on t-shirts. The theme helped the brothers in establishing consistency and developing presence on campus.
