I took the opportunity during an upgrade to new email provider to redesign Rapid Rewards Dining emails. The redesign more closely aligns with the Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards email stream. Incorporating Southwest branded icons, colors, and fonts these emails are now responsive and have seen an increase in click through and conversions.
